KENNEBUNK, Maine – Kennebunk Savings is pleased to announce that Lynn Howe of Arundel has been promoted to Vice President, Corporate Lending Team Leader.
In her new role, Howe will be primarily responsible for growing the Bank’s corporate lending presence, increasing larger commercial loan relationships and developing specialty product lines. She will also be responsible for managing all of the Bank’s Business Services functions.
Howe began a career in banking with Maine National Bank in 1989 after graduating from Bates College in Lewiston with a B.A. degree in Political Science. Later, she worked at Maine Bank and Trust as an Assistant Branch Manager of their Mill Creek and Main offices and a Junior Commercial Lender. She began working for Kennebunk Savings in 1998 as a Commercial Lender and was later promoted to Commercial Lending Team Leader and Corporate Lending Team Leader.
“Lynn has amazing sales energy and a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer,” said Eric Andrews, Senior Vice President and Senior Lender at Kennebunk Savings. “She works hard to understand and serve the needs of our commercial customers and the local community.”
Howe was named Dirigo Lender of the Year in 2000 by the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME). She is a board member and treasurer for the Fine Living Festival and volunteer at Mildred L. Day School in Arundel. Howe is a past treasurer and board member for the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce and Kennebunk Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce and member of the Child Abuse Prevention Council Finance Committee.
