Kennebunk Savings Employees Lend a Hand at Waban

Recently Waban Projects of Sanford has embarked on a number of endeavors at its Sanford summer camp facility, including creating handicapped-accessible trails throughout its property.  Upon hearing about the project, Kennebunk Savings employees eagerly offered their time and energy to help facilitate the making of the trails.  One rainy Saturday in November a hearty team showed up to cut brush, move rocks, and spread and pack gravel. According to Kennebunk Savings President and CEO, Brad Paige, “Being outside and working together -- even in the rain – was a rewarding experience.  The event was so successful that our team even offered to go back to do more work in the spring!” 

The group can be seen working on the trails.
